Cancellation policy

Clients can cancel their excursion booking at any time; however, a full refund will only be issued for cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made between three (3) and seven (7) days will receive a 50% refund, and those made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the excursion, including no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund. Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance and is subject to availability, with only one reschedule permitted per booking. Clients should be ready at the agreed pick-up time, and delays may result in forfeiture of the experience without refund. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method, with any non-refundable third-party costs deducted where applicable. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to this policy.
